As a farmer's granddaughter , I grew up in the countryside between Vosges region and Châtillonais county in Burgundy. I love the rain, sheeps, birds and trees. After practicing ballet for several years, I discovered yoga and recently the practice of Tai Chi Chuan. I well appreciate the expression through dance and letting go in motion.

As a teenager, I oriented myself towards agricultural studies , throughout my studies I discovered and become passionate for environmental education that I later combined with animation. Thus I worked for several years as an animator in nature.

From discrete nature and with a contemplative spirit , I love spending time in the forest. Also since my childhood, like a turtle or maybe even as a tree, I slowly go forward but surely. I feel the need to anchor myself to the ground, while having the head in wind, clouds or even stars, that is very well expressed by Michel Tournier - writting- "The more you want to raise yourself the  more you have to ground yourself. Each tree tells you . "

In 2013 I began my well-being massage training; and since March 2015. I am bien-être® certified massage practitioner by the Institute of Education Joel Savatofski, European School of Touch-Massage®.
